I'm stepping out to acknowledge and celebrate the immense job that hidden carers do for society.

Carers and the people they care for are seven times more likely to be lonely than the general population. Often caring for a relative or friend at home can be isolating and many in this position simply feel forgotten by the wider society.

Please help me raise as much as possible so that more hidden carers have the opportunity to step outside on a walk and experience the benefits that nature brings to our well-being.
